POSITIONS NEEDED NOW!

Softball is “all about the girls” and participation is key to the
success of any program. As parents, we not only support the girls in
practice and game play, but also by volunteering our time in other small
ways to help the program remain strong.
We have reached a
point where our continued growth dictates the need for more volunteers
to take a greater role in various aspects of the program. Please review

your ability to join a committee. The Spring season is upon us and many
of these things need to be done starting now.
COMMITTEES
REGISTRATION :
Coordinate registrations for each season.
EQUIPMENT :
Maintain inventory, equipment distribution.
FUNDRAISING :
Assist with the continued coordination of our main fundraiser, the
distribution and collection of our raffle tickets. Other opportunities
include restaurant fundraiser nights and any NEW IDEAS.
SPONSORSHIP :
Assist with
obtaining sponsors; gather information to use in our different mediums
(program booklet, website, signs, certificates). Assemble sponsor
plaques at end of season and distribute.
SPECIAL EVENTS :
Assist in organizing
our main events with the planning of food, entertainment, scheduling,
etc.
UNIFORM
:
Coordinate uniform orders.
SPIRIT WEAR :
Plan new merchandise, coordinate ordering, set up at events.
FIELDS/UMPIRE :
Set fields with equipment before, during, and after season. Recruit,
plan training if needed, and schedule umpires for season.
