SPRING REGISTRATION BEGINS JANUARY 1, 2012
This year we will begin using on-line registration as our
primary registration tool. Visit the website listed below for a
convenient way to register your daughter for the HFG Softball program.
Once your information is complete, you will receive an email confirming
your daughter’s registration. On-line registrations will only be
accepted through February 20th. After February 20th, please add a $10
late fee to your mail-in registration. After March 1st, please email
hfgsoftball@verizon.net
to confirm space availability in the program.
Again this year, we
will have our one and only rec program fundraiser, raffle tickets. Upon
confirmation of your registration, you will receive your raffle tickets
in the mail within 7-10 days. Each player will receive 5 raffle tickets
at a cost of $5 each (maximum of 10 tickets per family – for the 3+
player in the same family, you only pay the basic registration fee).
You are asked to sell the tickets and then turn in the stubs either at
Parent’s Night in March (preferred) or to your coach no later than April
15th to be included in the drawing. Since the tickets are
prepaid and included as part of your registration fees this year, once
you sell the tickets you keep the $25 and only turn in the stubs. Cash
prizes are awarded in the amount of $500 (First Place), $300 (Second
Place), and $200 (Third Place). The drawing will be held at Opening
Day, April 21st, 2012.
